TERMS OF USE for the BUYER.

Artsdipatch.com is a clearing house for aboriginal art valued at under $100 and makes every effort to ensure that you will buy your artwork from reputable sellers.  Buyers must be willing to contact the seller directly to arrange purchase of artworks. Artsdispatch.com will not be responsible for any financial loss incured by the buyer. In the case of a dispute of sale, the buyer must contact the seller directly.

RULES AND GUIDELINES for the SELLER.

By posting an artwork on Artsdispatch.com, you agree that it is in compliance with our guidelines listed below.
We reserve the right to modify any artworks and descriptions in violation of our guidelines order to prevent abuse and keep the content appropriate for our general audience. This includes people of all ages, races, religions, cultures and nationalities. Therefore, all artworks that are in violation of our guidelines are subject to being removed immediately and without prior notice.
By posting an artwork on our site, you agree to the following statement:
I agree that I will be solely responsible for the content of any artworks and descriptions that I post on this website. I will not hold the owner of this website responsible for any losses or damages to myself or to others that may result directly or indirectly from any artworks that I post here.
By posting an artwork on our site, you further agree to the following guidelines:

1. Artsdispatch.com or its parent operator and subsidiaries will not be responsible for any unexpected financial loss to you.
2. No inappropriate language will be tolerated. Artworks in violation of this rule are subject to being removed immediately and without warning. If it was a paid posting, no refund will be issued.
3. No racist, hateful, or otherwise offensive comments will be tolerated.
4. No artworks promoting activities that are illegal under the current laws of this state or country.
5. Any artwork that appears to be merely a test posting, a joke, or otherwise insincere or non-serious is subject to removal.
6. We reserve the ultimate discretion as to which artworks, if any, are in violation of these guidelines.
7. Authorised Art Centres and Indigenous corporations may list their artworks on this site.
8. No art will be accepted from deceased artists. If it is found that an artist is deceased, it is the responsibility of the art lister to remove the deceased artwork.
9. It is the responsibility of the art lister to remove an artwork from this site as soon as possible when the artwork is sold.
10. You must be an authorised seller of the art and represent the artist in his/her best interests, including royalties and commissions paid to the artist.
11. Images posted on this website are under copyright license and may not be copied from this site or  reproduced for any personal or commercial purposes.
12. You agree that you will not hold Artsdispatch.com for problems associated with the sale of your artwork.
